Hospitality Schedule for Varsity Home Football Games

TEAM MOM (Jeannie Yancey) RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNING

Hi parents of Varsity Football cheerleaders.  Below is the Hospitality Table schedule for our home football games.

For our Home games we show our southern hospitality to our own girls & those cheerleaders who are visiting our AHS stadium.  We offer a little refreshment & support to approx. 50 girls.  The food is not meant to be a dinner, just a bit to tide them over & quench their thirst.

*Team Mom will ensure that game day captains have extended the hospitality invitation to the opposing team's squad.

Here's how it works:

Arrive around (6:30 Varsity/4:30 Freshman/6:30 JV)to beat the crowds.  Set up the table down by the track, off to the left a bit.  The girls do not eat until half-time, so keep all items in coolers until then.  There is a sloping sidewalk off to the right of the concessions to ease your way around.  If the table is not there, go to the ticket window & see if one is behind there.  Set the food up just before half-time & stay down during half-time to coordinate.  Help with clean-up after the game.

Parent Assignments will correspond to the following responsibilities:

Parent #1  *Cooler/ice/36 bottled waters   This parent coordinates via email or phone call the week before the game reminding each parent of their hospitality duties.

Parent #2  *cooler/ice/30 bottled waters, 50 individual sweet snacks or cookies

Parent #3  In charge of decorations:   table cloth, centerpiece (balloons, flowers, etc.), paper plates, garbage bags

Parent #4  Fruit tray and 50 salty snacks
